Position Overview

The Remote Live Chat Support Specialist serves as the digital frontline of arenaflex's patient and family support services. In this role, you will engage with patients, family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals through our secure online live chat platform, providing timely, accurate, and compassionate responses to a wide range of inquiries.
