Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our inbound call center operations team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from your home office while serving customers across the United States. The role offers flexible scheduling, with shifts available throughout both Saturday and Sunday, giving you the freedom to choose the hours that best fit your lifestyle. The expected hours range from approximately 3 to 29 hours per week, depending on shift selection and operational demand. reputed company shift times are listed in Central Standard Time (CST), and you will have the opportunity to select the shift that aligns with your availability and personal commitments.

Available Weekend Shifts (CST):

  • Saturday & Sunday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturdays Only: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Sundays Only: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Sundays Only: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturdays Only: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Sundays Only: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturdays Only: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)

Key Responsibilities

As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary mission is to deliver outstanding customer service while accurately processing claim intakes and inquiries. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Customer Service and Claim Intake

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required for this position.
  • Quality Assurance Experience: 1–2 years of quality assurance experience is preferred, though not mandatory. Experience in customer service, claims processing, or reputed company fields will also be strongly considered.

Language and Communication Skills

  • Reading and Comprehension: Ability to read and interpret documents such as police reports, accident reports, and other official records.
  • Written Communication: Ability to write routine correspondence, detailed accident descriptions, and accurate claim documentation.
