Role Overview – Frontline Guest Experience & Ticketing Specialist

As the face of arenaflex, you will create memorable interactions that leave travelers feeling welcomed, valued, and confident in their journey. Working in the bustling Honolulu terminal, you will assist both domestic and international passengers with ticketing, baggage handling, and travel inquiries, all while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor—even during the most demanding situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers with a warm, friendly attitude as they arrive at the terminal and as they depart, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
  • Provide accurate ticketing support, including check‑in, seat assignments, upgrades, and special service requests.
