Position Overview

As a Remote Inbound Customer Support & Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will handle incoming customer contacts across phone, chat, and email channels. Your primary mission is to resolve queries swiftly, provide accurate policy information, and identify opportunities to recommend additional products that meet each customer’s unique needs. You will work within a dynamic 5‑week rotating schedule, covering a broad window of operating hours to ensure that arenaflex’s customers receive consistent, high‑quality support whenever they need it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, live chats, and emails from existing and prospective customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Diagnose customer needs, clarify policy details, and resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
  • Utilise proven sales techniques to upsell complementary insurance products, consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity for future analysis and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the product, underwriting, and claims teams to stay up‑to‑date on policy changes, new offerings, and regulatory updates.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skill‑building workshops to continuously improve your sales and service capabilities.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s compliance standards, data protection policies, and quality assurance protocols at all times.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 12 months dedicated telesales experience in a single role, completed within the last three years.
  • Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve specific sales targets, with a track record of meeting or surpassing quota.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, clear articulation, and a friendly, solution‑focused tone.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Reliable high‑speed broadband connection and a quiet, distraction‑free home office environment.
  • Flexibility to work a 37.5‑hour week across a 5‑week rota, covering any shift between 8 am – 8 pm, including two Saturdays and one Sunday per rota.
  • Strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.

  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector, particularly with motor, home, or travel policies.
  • Certification or training in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, or Consultative Selling).
