Key Responsibilities

  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the dedicated French‑language liaison for independent B2B customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and video conference.
  • Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to all client requests, issues, and feedback, ensuring each case is resolved efficiently and to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Account Administration: Maintain accurate client records, update product catalogues, arrange promotional campaigns, and coordinate sample shipments.
  • Order Processing & Logistics Coordination: Enter daily orders into the ERP system, collaborate with the Warehouse and Logistics Teams to schedule shipments, and monitor delivery timelines.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Buying, Marketing, and Design departments to convey client preferences and market trends.
  • Data‑Driven Reporting: Generate weekly sales and fulfillment reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance the client experience, and contribute ideas for new service offerings.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent in French (both written and spoken) with a professional level of English proficiency.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience within a wholesale or B2B environment, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of international logistics, import/export regulations, and supply‑chain fundamentals.
  • Strong administrative abilities: organized, detail‑oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
