Role Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Operator (Typist) at arenaflex, you will be the guardian of data integrity for claim line items. Your primary responsibility is to accurately input information supplied by policyholders into our proprietary claims system. You will also serve as a liaison between various internal departments, ensuring that data flows smoothly and that any discrepancies are resolved promptly. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input claim line items, policy details, and supporting documentation into the arenaflex claims platform with a focus on speed and precision.
