Position Overview

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will serve as the face and voice of our organization at airport locations throughout the United States. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who are energized by direct customer interaction, excel in multitasking, and want to make a tangible impact on the daily travel experiences of thousands of passengers. You will work 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays, as air travel operates 365 days a year and our team is essential around the clock.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage, comprehensive benefits, and genuine opportunities for career advancement within arenaflex. Whether you envision a long-term career in airport operations, passenger services, or airline management, this role provides a strong foundation for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Passenger Check-In Assistance: Welcome travelers at the check-in counter, verify identification and travel documents, process boarding passes, and provide clear guidance on baggage policies, seat assignments, and gate locations.
  • Baggage Handling Support: Address luggage inquiries, assist with check-in and tagging of checked items, resolve lost or delayed baggage claims, and coordinate with baggage handling teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Customer Concern Resolution: Listen actively to passenger concerns, empathize with frustrations, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Escalate complex matters to supervisors when appropriate while maintaining a calm and reassuring presence.
  • Policy and Compliance Adherence: Ensure all interactions and operations comply with arenaflex policies, federal aviation regulations, TSA security requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with fellow agents, gate agents, flight crew, ground operations, and management to ensure seamless operations and a unified passenger experience.
