What You Will Do as a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex

  • Handling Roadside Assistance Requests: Coordinate timely dispatch of tow trucks, battery jump-starts, lockout assistance, tire changes, fuel delivery, and emergency roadside support — keeping members informed and reassured throughout the process.
  • Resolving Member Concerns: Listen actively, empathize genuinely, and work creatively to resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible, ensuring every member feels heard and valued.
  • Processing Membership Transactions: Accurately handle new memberships, renewals, upgrades, cancellations, and payment adjustments within our secure internal platforms.
  • Educating Members on Services: Clearly explain the full range of arenaflex benefits — including travel discounts, insurance options, and partner perks — so members can take full advantage of their membership.
  • Documenting Interactions: Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential records of every member interaction in our CRM system to support continuity of service and quality assurance.
