[Remote] Digital Marketing Manager

Miche Beauty is a beauty brand specializing in products for curly, coily, and wavy hair textures, and they are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who can effectively execute marketing strategies. The role involves managing the company's digital presence, including paid ads, email marketing, and website performance, while also expanding brand presence and driving customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Paid social Media campaigns across Meta and TikTok — strategy, copy, targeting, budget, and optimization
- Email and SMS marketing — full ownership of campaigns, automations, list growth, and revenue
- Website performance — landing pages, conversion rate, SEO, and Shopify management
- Weekly performance reporting to leadership — clear, concise, and actionable
- Ad spend management — you know where every dollar is going and why
- Content calendar coordination with our TikTok Creator and Social Media Manager
Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience — you have personally managed campaigns, not just supervised them
- Proven results in paid social — Meta Ads Manager required; TikTok Ads a strong plus
- Experience with email marketing — Klaviyo strongly preferred
- Comfortable in Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platform dashboards
- Beauty, skincare, or DTC e-commerce background is a major plus
- Someone who checks their metrics daily, responds quickly, and doesn't let things slip through the cracks
- A portfolio or case studies showing real numbers — ROAS, revenue growth, open rates, conversions
