Responsibilities
- Build and execute a content calendar for a new branded Subreddit
- “Redditize” existing long-form blog content into engaging, platform-native posts and craft original threads that spark genuine discussion
- Partner with internal executives to ghostwrite LinkedIn Pulse articles
- Turn proprietary research and raw data into compelling narratives that position leaders as industry authorities
- Act as a brand journalist by sourcing quotes and insights from internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Manage the relationship from the initial interview to the final sign-off
- Work closely with the Organic Social team to ensure all community content aligns with broader brand goals and compliance standards
Skills
- Reddit Fluency: You love Reddit. You understand the nuances of reddiquette, the danger of being 'too corporate,' and how to build community trust
- Executive Presence: Experience interviewing senior leaders and the ability to professionally manage the feedback/approval loop
- Versatile Voice: You can pivot from a data-heavy white paper to a witty, conversational Reddit thread without breaking a sweat
- Finance Savvy: Previous experience in the financial sector is a significant plus. You should be comfortable (or quick to learn) discussing market trends, personal finance, or fintech
