[Remote] Change Management - Engineer (TTA)

They are seeking a motivated Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) Developer to design, develop, and support intelligent automation and document processing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support solutions within the Tungsten TotalAgility platform
- Develop workflows, business processes, capture solutions, and integrations with enterprise systems
- Create and maintain TTA forms, validation rules, process maps, and transformation modules
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution of application defects
- Collaborate with business analysts, operations teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain development standards and best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to automation and document management
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing solutions in Tungsten TotalAgility
- Experience with workflow development, OCR/capture technologies, and document processing
- Knowledge of SQL databases and web services/API integrations
- Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, or related technologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tungsten TotalAgility Developer Certification
- Experience in financial services, lockbox processing, or enterprise document management environments
- Experience integrating Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) formerly KTA with ERP, ECM, or workflow platforms
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
