[Remote] Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Elfonze Technologies is an IT Services company, and they are seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant. The role involves the functional implementation of ERP, specifically the Oracle Fusion HCM module, and requires interaction with a global team to integrate Oracle technologies effectively.

Responsibilities

• Overall 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 6+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules - (Conversions, Integrations, Fast Formulas, Reports, Workflows, Security, ORC, Compensation, Talent)
• Should be able to configure the assigned module with direction from the Solution Leader
• Identify and document gaps between requirements and delivered functionality
• Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion application
• Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps
• Should be able to perform Unit test all functionality including staging test scenarios and do Unit test all technical objects prior to delivery to client by documenting test results
• Should develop runbooks for all technical objects and analyze and resolve technical queries during project execution by providing functional guidance to technical team

Skills

• Should have sound knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL
