[Remote] Human Resources Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bean Sprouts Café is a women-owned, award-winning café concept located inside family destinations. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support their HR functions and contribute to building a strong workforce.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including maintaining job posts and candidate records, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department
- Assist with providing timely responses to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Assist with special projects and operational tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive records
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attentive to detail and solution focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with Human Resource Information Systems or Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Successful passage of a criminal background screen is required to meet position eligibility
- Previous experience in human resources or recruiting is a plus
