[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration, and they are seeking a driven and strategic Enterprise Account Executive. This role involves expanding relationships with key customers, driving revenue growth, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful adoption of Asana's solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing customer accounts through customer success, up-selling, cross-selling, and strong commercial strategy
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing for complex deals with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
- Drive revenue by leveraging negotiation skills and data-driven insights to secure win-win partnerships
- Define territory and account strategies that enable sales velocity in partnership with Sales Engineers, Sales Development Reps, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, Channel and Partnership Managers, and Exec Sponsors
- Build trust with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and other stakeholders by aligning Asana’s solutions with their strategic goals and expanding usage into new departments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless experience and ensure successful adoption
- Anticipate challenges within customer accounts and offer tailored solutions to overcome obstacles, ensuring long-term satisfaction and measurable ROI
Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an Enterprise sales role and 4-8+ years of experience in a B2B closing sales role (previous SaaS experience a plus)
- Proven track record of high and consistent quota attainment
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and delivering consistent growth within existing Enterprise accounts
- Growth-oriented and entrepreneurial spirit; a self-starter who thrives on continuous improvement and learning
- Strong background in consultative selling or strategic account management
- Expert at building trust with stakeholders across all levels of an organization, including C-suite executives
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
