Responsibilities
- Genuine work/life balance (45–55 hrs. busy season, 40 off‑season)
- Highly tenured team with strong culture and zero private‑equity involvement
- Diverse client mix: small business, real estate, manufacturing, HNW, trusts & estates
Skills
- 3 to 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
- CPA or actively pursuing
- Strong technical skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
