[Remote] SVP/EVP, Growth & Strategic Insights

They are seeking an SVP/EVP, Growth & Strategic Insights to drive revenue growth, build executive relationships, and lead high-performing teams while shaping the firm's future direction.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through existing executive relationships and market visibility
- Expand strategic client accounts and drive new logo acquisition
- Lead proposals, executive presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Build partnerships that create new growth opportunities
- Serve as a visible ambassador for GBK in the marketplace
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Help clients address growth, innovation, product, and marketing challenges
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand GBK’s impact
- Serve as executive sponsor for key client engagements
- Recruit, develop, & lead high-performing consulting, strategy, and insights teams
- Ensure delivery excellence across major client engagements
- Help shape organizational structure, talent strategy, and future capabilities
- Drive operational effectiveness, scalability, and profitability
- Contribute to firm strategy and long-term growth planning
- Help develop new capabilities, offerings, and market opportunities
- Support thought leadership initiatives that elevate GBK’s brand and reputation
Skills
- Established network of senior executives within Technology, Media, Telecommunications and Gaming
- Proven track record generating and closing new business opportunities through executive relationships
- Strong credibility within strategy, insights, analytics, consulting, or marketing ecosystems
- Demonstrated success driving significant revenue growth
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, market research, analytics, customer insights, or related advisory fields
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on complex business challenges
- Ability to connect insights and analytics to strategic business outcomes
- Proven experience building and scaling high-performing teams
- Strong talent development and organizational leadership capabilities
- Experience balancing growth objectives with delivery excellence
