The arenaflex InHome team is on a mission to create the most seamless, reliable, and delightful grocery delivery experience on the planet. We are looking for a seasoned Staff Product Manager who will own the end‑to‑end customer journey—from the moment a shopper places an order to the instant the groceries arrive in their refrigerator. In this role, you will partner with cross‑functional teams, translate customer insights into product strategy, and drive execution of high‑impact features that keep our customers delighted and loyal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy: Craft a long‑term vision for the arenaflex InHome customer experience, aligning it with corporate goals and market trends.
  • Roadmap ownership: Build, prioritize, and maintain a product roadmap that balances quick wins with strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of high‑value features.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data science, operations, and customer success teams to break down silos and accelerate product development.
  • Data‑driven decision making: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor feature performance, and use analytics to iterate on product improvements.
  • User research & testing: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, synthesize findings, and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Customer advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, championing their needs and ensuring every product decision adds tangible value.
  • Launch excellence: Lead go‑to‑market planning, coordinate testing and quality assurance, and ensure new features roll out on schedule with minimal friction.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce delivery friction, and enhance the overall reliability of the service.

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer‑facing or logistics‑focused products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and launching customer‑experience products from concept through release.
  • Strong track record of defining product vision, creating go‑to‑market strategies, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Passion for emerging technologies such as AI‑driven demand forecasting, real‑time tracking, and smart‑home integration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and convey complex ideas clearly.

  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards and a commitment to building inclusive digital experiences.
  • Hands‑on experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Looker) and product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).

Core Skills & Competencies for Success

  • Strategic thinking: Ability to see the big picture while executing on detailed plans.
  • Customer empathy: Deep understanding of the challenges busy families face and a drive to simplify their lives.
