Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced data modeling, statistical analysis, and pattern recognition to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise‑wide dashboards and visualizations that translate complex metrics into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement application enhancements that improve system performance, reduce error rates, and increase overall scalability.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Engineer, or in a comparable analytical role.
  • At least 1 year (preferably 3+ years) of leadership experience managing analytics teams, with a proven track record of delivering results in a Fortune 500 environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives (MD, VP level) and influence decision‑making across multiple organizational layers.
  • Advanced proficiency in BI dashboarding tools (e.g., arenaflex, arenaflex) to create rich, interactive visualizations.
  • Strong background in both relational (SQL) and non‑relational (NoSQL) data stores, with the ability to design efficient queries and data models.
