Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Enter patient and prescription information accurately into arenaflex’s proprietary pharmacy management system.
- Process refill requests, medication “top‑off” orders, and new patient enrollments while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
- Investigate and resolve missing or incomplete data by contacting patients, prescribers, or insurance providers.
- Interpret and input abbreviated prescription instructions (SIG codes) with precision.
- Handle inbound calls, messages, and chat inquiries from patients, providing clear, empathetic assistance.
- Initiate outbound communications to prescribers, guarantors, or patients to obtain necessary authorizations or clarifications.
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and pharmacists across multiple locations, escalating complex issues to senior staff when needed.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of arenaflex’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve a dynamic specialist certification within the first 90 days and sustain active certification thereafter.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency: ability to start/shut down a PC, use a mouse, open/close applications, save and print documents, and navigate the internet.
- Fundamental web‑browser skills: entering URLs, bookmarking pages, using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms.
- Intermediate typing ability (minimum 25 WPM) with a focus on accuracy.
