Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and upbeat Bilingual Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of arenaflex’s patient‑focused support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members reaching out via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
