Your expertise will shape arenaflex’s security posture, ensuring that every access request is governed by best‑in‑class policies, automation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead release management activities, coordinating with change management, QA, and operations to ensure smooth deployments and minimal disruption.
- Implement and refine access governance controls, including RBAC, role mining, access aggregation, certification, and federation, to reduce risk and improve auditability.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior IAM engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in security incident response, offering IAM expertise to investigate, contain, and remediate identity‑related threats.
- Document architecture, processes, and runbooks to ensure clear knowledge transfer and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in IAM engineering, preferably within large‑scale, retail or data‑driven enterprises.
- Proven experience implementing SailPoint (arenaflex) solutions, including design, configuration, and ongoing administration of IdentityIQ.
- Strong understanding of identity governance concepts such as provisioning, access certification, role‑based access control (RBAC), and federation.
- Hands‑on experience with Web Services, RESTful APIs, and SCIM connectors for automated provisioning.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server environments.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues and drive root‑cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated mindset, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
