Position Overview

Remote Customer Service Representatives at arenaflex deliver outstanding customer support through phone, chat, email, and social media channels in our 24/7 virtual contact center. We are hiring for both full-time (40 hours per week) and part-time (25–29 hours per week) roles, with shift differentials available for evening, overnight, and weekend hours. All positions are fully remote. To succeed, you'll need a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download speed), a quiet, dedicated home workspace, and the self-discipline to thrive in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly, professionally, and empathetically to inbound customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, live chat, email, and social media platforms.
  • Think quickly and resourcefully to identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and deliver first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and compassionate tone in every interaction, demonstrating genuine care for the customer's situation and time.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate emergency preparedness products, upgrades, or educational resources.
  • Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints efficiently while following established customer service procedures, best practices, and company policies.
  • Process customer orders, account updates, returns, and exchanges accurately within designated systems.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the company's CRM and tracking systems.
  • Meet or exceed service level agreement (SLA) targets across all communication mediums.
  • Stay current on arenaflex products, services, promotions, and emergency preparedness best practices through ongoing training.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate team leads or departments as needed.
  • Contribute to team goals, share insights, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management or administration.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience, with a strong preference for candidates with virtual or remote call center experience.
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, chat, email, and social media.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with customers from all walks of life.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when documenting customer interactions and updating accounts.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM platforms, call tracking software, and standard office applications.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently from a remote home office.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps) and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, overnights, weekends, and split shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related client-facing role.
