Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will wear several hats — and that's exactly what makes this role exciting.   • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking information about arenaflex products and services.   • Achieve Sales Goals and Execute Sales Plans: Own your assigned territory and/or account list with a clear focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Execute strategic sales plans, track your progress, and adjust your approach based on data and feedback.
  • Conduct Periodic Account Base Adjustments: Regularly review your assigned accounts to ensure accuracy and relevance — adding promising new accounts, removing inactive ones, and refining your focus for maximum impact.
  • Support Outside Sales Efforts: Partner with field sales representatives and outside sales teams to generate new business within your territory. Provide remote sales support, share market intelligence, and help convert leads into closed deals.
  • Maintain and Deepen Existing Relationships: Nurture assigned accounts through consistent, value-driven communication. Your goal is not just retention — it's expansion and advocacy.

  • Maintain All Account Features on Brokerage Accounts: Ensure that every detail of assigned accounts — from contact information to product configuration — is kept current and accurate within our systems.
  • Grow arenaflex Through Prospecting and Account Management: Be a net contributor to company growth by combining new client acquisition with disciplined account management on existing assigned accounts.
  • Place Insurance on Assigned Accounts (as applicable): For team members supporting insurance-adjacent accounts, process and place insurance products on assigned accounts in accordance with company guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Advance Regional Sales Efforts for National Accounts: Coordinate with regional and national account leaders to align on strategy, share best practices, and drive unified growth across geographies.
  • Coach and Support Account Team Members: Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to account managers and account executives as needed — sharing best practices, scripts, and techniques that drive results.
  • Develop Existing Accounts and Seek New Business: Strike the balance between mining your current book of business for additional opportunities and hunting for net-new logos.
  • Answer All Customer Inquiries from Assigned Accounts: Own the inbox and phone line for your accounts. Every customer question deserves a timely, accurate, and friendly response.
  • Provide Marketing and Field Sales Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver campaigns, materials, and messaging that support national account objectives. Partner with field sales on joint initiatives.
