Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and exceptionally detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join the arenaflex team on a remote or hybrid basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, verifying, and maintaining critical business data across a variety of platforms and systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in multiple internal systems, databases, and digital platforms used by arenaflex and its clients.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of all information before it is entered into any system, ensuring a zero-error standard where possible.
  • Review source documents such as forms, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence to extract and input relevant data efficiently.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex data security policies when handling sensitive client and organizational information.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external data requests, queries, and clarifications in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform regular data backups and assist in ensuring that all information is preserved and recoverable when needed.
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies, missing information, or errors in source documentation for review by supervisors.
  • Generate basic reports and summaries from entered data as requested by management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, customer service, and accounting to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Support general administrative functions such as filing, scanning, document organization, and email correspondence as needed.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records in accordance with arenaflex record-keeping standards.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve data entry processes, reduce errors, and increase overall team efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in administration, office management, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent typing speed of at least 45–60 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies, typos, and formatting errors.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and stakeholders.
