Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative role is the frontline of our commitment to customer satisfaction.   • Gather and relay necessary documentation to the credit department for order approval.
  • Process credits and debits with precision, adhering to company policies and financial controls.
  • Onboard new customers into the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Answer inbound calls promptly, delivering a pleasant and professional phone demeanor.
  • Receive and process sales orders from field representatives, customers, fax, and email channels.
  • Execute credit card and check approvals, following secure transaction protocols.
