Role Overview – Senior UX Designer, Customer Service UX

We are seeking a visionary Senior UX Designer to shape the end‑to‑end experience for delivery partners who encounter exceptions, defects, or any form of disruption while on the road. You will partner with a multidisciplinary team of designers, researchers, writers, product managers, and engineers to craft intuitive, high‑impact solutions that keep our drivers productive and our customers delighted. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional UX design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates mastery of mobile‑first design, interaction design, and visual storytelling.

  • Strong communication skills—able to articulate design rationale to executives, engineers, product owners, and non‑technical partners.
