[Remote] Remote Customer Service Representatives

Russell Tobin is seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to support a healthcare client in scheduling medical appointments from July 2026 through February 2027. The role involves providing telephone-based customer service, managing appointments, and utilizing internal systems for patient scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Provide telephone-based customer service in a high-volume call environment
- Schedule and manage medical appointments for patients
- Utilize workflow tools and accurately enter required data
- Adhere to assigned schedules and attendance expectations
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Use EPIC and other internal systems to support patient scheduling and customer inquiries
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment
- Bilingual Spanish candidates required
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends, within operating hours
- Prior medical scheduling experience preferred
- Previous remote work experience highly desired
