[Remote] Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NextGen Coding Company is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support business development and client acquisition efforts across their software development and technology services divisions. The SDR will identify prospective clients, generate qualified opportunities, and conduct outbound outreach to build relationships with decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients across target industries
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for leadership
- Build and maintain prospect lists using CRM and sales intelligence platforms
- Qualify leads based on business needs, technology initiatives, staffing requirements, and service fit
- Schedule discovery calls and introductory meetings with key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline status
- Follow up consistently with prospects through multiple touchpoints
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support growth initiatives
- Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and opportunity-generation goals
- Manage conference, trade show, and event lead follow-up
- Assist with CRM management, outbound campaigns, and sales operations
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, lead generation, appointment setting, or client-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable conducting cold outreach and initiating conversations with prospective clients
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Full availability during U.S. business hours
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, consulting, technology services, SaaS, or B2B sales
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar platforms
- Experience prospecting executives, founders, hiring managers, directors, and department leaders
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales activity goals
- Experience supporting outbound sales campaigns
