Required Skills • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B SaaS context. • A self-driven and ambitious mindset, comfortable operating within a quota-driven environment (sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory). • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with real estate developers and industry professionals. • Proficiency in utilizing tools such as ZoomInfo, with additional experience in 6Sense, Construct Connect, and HubSpot being a plus. • Proven track record of managing multiple initiatives and consistently meeting or exceeding quota targets. • Creativity in developing customized outreach strategies for prospects, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
