[Remote] Senior Director, Program Management

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Gainwell Technologies is seeking a talented individual for the position of Senior Director, Program Management, responsible for overall service delivery and client satisfaction. The role includes achieving revenue goals, managing client relationships, and supporting corporate initiatives within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Effectively plans, budgets, and manages client account economics (i.e., full P&L)
• Understands client’s business and demonstrates technical competence in the services and industry
• Manages multiple complex contracts and a revenue base
• Understands the political and competitive landscape, and proactively protects and grows business accordingly
• Builds strong relationships internally at Gainwell and externally with clients at various levels to facilitate integration and drive results
• Adds value by identifying client expectations and then exceeding mutually agreed-upon objectives
• Successfully attracts, manages, retains, and develops employees, including succession planning
• Continually promotes Gainwell by developing further contacts within the business community and serving as an ambassador in the market
• Proactively shapes needs and expansion opportunities to optimize client service
• Assists executive leadership in identifying and managing client risks
• Assists in identifying partnerships that enhance HMS’ ability to enter new contracts and markets

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of sales and account management experience in a healthcare insurance environment
• 5+ years' experience directly managing staff
• 5+ years' project management experience
• Masters degree (MBA or healthcare related) desired
• Medicaid and Medicare experience desired
• Financial background preferred
• Strong analytical and healthcare technology background preferred
