Key Responsibilities

• Work with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to create quality technical solutions
• Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business strategies, and comply with departmental standards
• Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementing to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
• Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Technology Teams
• Participate in systems and acceptance testing
• Scope of work varies depending on the Team assignment

Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and have a fundamental understanding of data security and risk mitigation principles, theories, and practices. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, and knowledge of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is preferred. You should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work well in a culture that is open, direct, conscious, gracious, and empathetic. Essential Skills and Competencies

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Basic knowledge of data security and risk relief principles, theories, and practices liked
• Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm liked
• Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) liked
• Basic understanding of business analysis, process modeling, and optimization liked
• Major understanding of project management methodologies including the ability to plan, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program liked
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical resources liked
• Basic knowledge of technical environment required
• Exposure to Agile philosophies liked
• Coursework or experience related to Cybersecurity liked
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines
