[Remote] Project Manager (m/f/d) for digital wellness app (iOS)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lemio is focused on combating smartphone addiction through innovative solutions. They are seeking a Project Manager to develop communication strategies, automate processes, and implement market penetration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a communication strategy towards our global community of talents, users, partners, investors
• Fully automate influencer and affiliate identification, negotiations, and payments
• Develop strategies to conquer local markets, implement penetration test in one-week sprints and measure results
• Overall, building a system that tracks and measures results will be a core OKR of this job
• Use AI tools (Claude Code, Design, Cowork, etc.) to fully automate all our day-to-day processes and everything that we do at least once a month

Skills

• Love AI tools
• Are excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general
• Are passionate about processes, KPIs, and A/B testing
• Have at least 2 years of work experience
