[Remote] Corporate Recruiter

They are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across various positions, emphasizing sourcing high-quality talent in a competitive labor market.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for field and corporate roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, timelines, and role requirements
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill construction and skilled trade roles
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks
- Build and maintain pipelines of electricians, linemen, project managers, and other critical roles
- Attend job fairs, industry events, and workforce development initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting best practices and market trends
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and pipeline health
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals
- Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Stay informed on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Skills
- 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on construction, skilled trades, or related industries
- Proven ability to fill high-volume and hard-to-fill roles in competitive markets
- Strong sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar platforms)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
- Results-driven with a sense of urgency and accountability
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Equivalent experience will be considered
