Position Overview

arenaflex is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist & Typist to become a valued member of our growing team.   • Independent Task Management: Work autonomously to manage and prioritize your workload, ensuring that high-priority tasks are completed on time without sacrificing accuracy or thoroughness, and proactively communicating any scheduling concerns to your supervisor.
  • Auditing and Quality Review: Conduct regular audits of entered data to identify and resolve duplicate entries, excessive charges, or other discrepancies that could impact financial reporting, billing accuracy, or customer trust.
  • Invoice Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborate with service providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, maintaining clear documentation of all findings and resolutions for future reference.
  • Cross-Team Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear and effective communication with the Customer Service Management team, providing regular updates on cost savings opportunities, data trends, and areas of concern that may affect service delivery or operational efficiency.
