Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our expanding customer experience team. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Provide timely, accurate, and friendly customer service through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media messaging.   • Resolve Customer Inquiries and Issues: Address a wide range of customer questions related to orders, shipping, product information, returns, refunds, account management, and general pet care guidance. You will be expected to handle each case with empathy, efficiency, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ensure a Seamless Shopping Experience: Guide customers through every step of their journey, from product selection and checkout to delivery and post-purchase support. Your goal is to remove friction and create a smooth, enjoyable experience that encourages repeat business.
  • Develop Deep Product Knowledge: Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the arenaflex product catalog, including food, treats, toys, accessories, health supplies, and pharmacy items.   • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with colleagues in operations, logistics, merchandising, technology, and quality assurance to resolve complex customer issues, share feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain Professionalism and Empathy: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, patience, and emotional intelligence in every customer interaction, especially when dealing with frustrated or distressed customers. You will be trained to de-escalate situations and turn challenges into positive experiences.
  • Document and Track Interactions: Accurately log all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure data integrity, enable follow-up, and support team-wide reporting and analysis.
  • Stay Current on Policies and Promotions: Keep up to date with arenaflex policies, procedures, product launches, seasonal promotions, and service updates so that you can provide the most accurate and helpful information to customers at all times.

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a remote customer support role for an e-commerce, retail, or subscription-based company.
  • Familiarity with the pet care industry, including knowledge of pet nutrition, common pet health concerns, and popular pet products.
  • Experience using customer support software such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
