Associate Systems Account Manager

Trane Technologies is a world leader in creating comfortable, sustainable, and efficient climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation. They are seeking an Associate Systems Account Manager to develop long-term customer relationships and maximize account penetration by providing HVAC system solutions and support to account managers.

Responsibilities

• Support of assigned account managers and their customers with HVAC systems & equipment product selections, application, proposals and sales development
• Generate equipment estimates based upon construction plans & specifications
• Manage sales opportunity workflow for assigned customer Accounts / Account Managers in Salesforce CRM
• Prepare transition documents and communicate project readiness for assignment to operations team

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum one (1) year experience in Account Management, Mechanical Contracting/HVAC or Facilities Management fields preferred
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred
• Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Carless Driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years
