They are seeking a Coordinator Recruitment Administration to provide efficient administrative support to the recruitment process, acting as the main point of contact for queries and managing various administration activities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees account-specific administration activities such as job posting, interview scheduling, help desk support, applicant tracking system updates, and pre-employment screening or reference checks initiation or verification
  • Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (e.g., PEs vendor), and other account stakeholders
  • Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
  • Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
  • Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team
  • Fully utilizes technology and other rollouts and changes implemented to the team

Skills

  • Demonstrate experience coordinating and hosting virtual hiring and recruitment events, including partnerships with platforms such as Indeed
  • Apply strong administrative expertise, supporting recruitment operations with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
  • Conduct audits and compliance reviews effectively, ensuring data integrity and adherence to established processes
  • Manage onboarding activities, delivering a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders
  • Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills, effectively coordinating multiple priorities and activities simultaneously
  • Build and support hiring events, managing logistics, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement from planning through execution
  • Leverage exposure to Pharma environments, applying industry-specific knowledge to recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Manage high-volume administrative workloads, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of recruitment support services
