Investor Service Rep I
UMB Bank is a financial institution that provides various banking services. The Investor Services Representative I will support shareholders by resolving their issues, answering inquiries, and processing transactions, all while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from prospective shareholders
- Assist shareholders with inquiries and provide account information
- Answer questions regarding investment style, fund performance, account options and history
- Analyze, research, and resolve shareholder concerns
- Educate callers about funds and products
- Process all transactions for shareholders
- Record caller information and request mailing of appropriate fund materials
- Provide excellent customer service
- Updating SOLAR, our internal fund information database
- Making outbound calls for clients of our Lead Generation project
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience
- At least 6 months working in a customer service environment that required direct in-person or phone interaction
- Must be able to pass the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam within 6 months after hire
