Your Role
As the face and voice of arenaflex for our clients, you'll be responsible for onboarding clients and setting them up for durable relationships with our platform to enable long-term success. You'll serve as our client's trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance during the onboarding phase on operational and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you'll be an internal advocate for clients with arenaflex by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with our platform. You'll facilitate on-time onboarding through project management of all stakeholders involved.
Key Responsibilities
* Help customers from low and medium-touch journeys through onboarding and offboarding
- Assist your teammates with escalations and day-to-day questions on processes and arenaflex products
- Take additional responsibilities to drive more complex projects, and drive process and product improvements to impact wider teams
- Set up customers to success in a timely manner through becoming an expert in arenaflex products
- Problem-solve Client's issues and proactively advocate for Client's success
- Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to deliver the best customer experience
- Suggest and implement ideas for optimizing customer onboarding workflows through process improvements and product automation. Lead key initiatives and internal projects.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in an onboarding/integration manager role and a deep understanding of how to launch and manage complex onboarding journeys
- Experience in managing a complex B2B SaaS product and quickly ramping up to becoming a product expert
- A creative approach to problem-solving and an ability to embrace the challenge with the tools at your disposal
- Excellent communication skills with great written and presentation skills
- A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes with them
- Demonstrate understanding of project management principles and an ability to lead projects to completion successfully
- A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality. You enjoy fast-paced environments, aren't deterred by setbacks or pivots, and thrive in roles requiring a very high degree of responsibility
