Partnerships Manager, Android Retail

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working in a customer/partner facing role in the consumer electronics hardware industry, either with an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or a retail partner.
- Experience in engaging with retailers.
- Experience with category management/development and channel marketing.
- Experience creating presentations for carriers, retailers, and/or OEMs.
- Ability to drive growth through strategic thinking partnerships.
- Ability to analyze and structure complex agreements with a proven track record of agreement and execution.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product/technical and business teams.
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for the Android mobile ecosystem with key channels (retailers/e-tailers).
- Directly manage relationships with channel partners and be accountable for the success of Android in partner channels.
- Help set overall go-to-market plans (budgets, shipment and growth targets) consistent with overall country strategy for Android.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across Google, including finance, Android Global Partner Programs (AGPP), marketing, legal, product, StratOps and compliance, to evaluate and prioritize Go-To-Market opportunities for your channel partners.
- Work with partners to unlock break-out opportunities and cultivate a healthy ecosystem for these device manufacturers and strengthen their perception of Google and Android.
