Job Summary
As a full stack technical program manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Your expertise in cloud application development, data analysis, and technical program management will be essential in driving our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with a team of designers and organizers to address the global armada of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)
- Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, gather and analyze data, and develop start-to-finish solutions
- Plan and automate metrics, building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
- Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business suggestions based on 3PDC data
- Identify, communicate, and collaborate with partners within multiple teams to drive impact and work towards shared objectives
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
- 3 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud application development and data analysis
- 3 years of experience overseeing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and controlling information collections using SQL
Preferred Qualifications
* 3 years of experience overseeing large, cross-functional projects involving a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical
- 3 years of experience in specialized program/project management roles
- Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within multiple teams to drive impact and work towards shared objectives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent technical program management skills, with a focus on cloud application development and data analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
