Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional in our Virtual Client Support team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional client care through inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions to their needs
- Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and suggesting relevant arenaflex products and services
- Enhancing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to established procedures and protocols
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to integrity, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least two years of experience in client support, preferably in a private sector environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client care and driving sales growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
