Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including telephone, email, e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chat. You will work in a hybrid role, spending 3-4 days per week in our call center and 1-2 days per week working from home. You will utilize various tools and systems to initiate, assist, and service customers, while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues, such as voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements.
  • Assist customers with products and services, including laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, initial setup, and configuration of AT&T provided software and applications.
  • Proactively engage T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues.
  • Remain proficient in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters.
  • Develop a proven track record of resolving issues and retaining customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications

* At least one year of customer service experience.

  • Call center experience.
  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer service software and systems.

  • Knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role, with a strong understanding of remote work requirements.
