About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing transactions and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers, sales personnel, and distributors
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Utilizing various software systems, including Outlook, SAP, and Esker, to manage customer interactions and data
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions and manage customer data accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Utilize software systems to manage customer interactions and data
- Provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A college or university diploma/degree
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong keyboard and data entry skills (minimum 30 wpm)
- A team-oriented mindset, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
