About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing transactions and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, sales personnel, and distributors
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Utilizing various software systems, including Outlook, SAP, and Esker, to manage customer interactions and data

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process transactions and manage customer data accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Utilize software systems to manage customer interactions and data
  • Provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A college or university diploma/degree
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong keyboard and data entry skills (minimum 30 wpm)
  • A team-oriented mindset, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
