About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us achieve our mission. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Closing clients in new markets as assigned
• Developing and executing stakeholder outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and potential walk-ins
• Cultivating prospects into customers through regular follow-up and contact
• Onboarding existing clients' locations information
• Documenting all stakeholder interactions into CRM
• Working closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers
• Being responsible for the early-stage growth and establishing critical client relationships
• Playing a critical role in establishing our company in your location by prospecting and closing clients
• Ensuring recruiting pipeline is aligned with sales pipeline
• Networking actively to expand presence in the market

Essential Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service or sales experience in a similar industry
• Experience working with CRM software
• Ability to travel (occasionally)
• Fluency in multiple languages (a plus)
