Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service & Data Entry Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our claims coordination team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services, including data entry, follow-up on missing information, invoice review, and report compilation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

• Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
• Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Compile reports from systems with claims information to support data-driven decision-making
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the claims coordination team to ensure seamless communication and efficient claim processing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's data management policies and procedures

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 6 months to 1 year of work experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
• Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States; U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident status (excluding non-immigrant work authorization)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with claims management systems and data entry software

• Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations
• Certification in customer service, data entry, or a related field
• Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
