Operations Intern - Spring 2025

Magellan AI is the podcast media planning and measurement platform relied upon by advertisers and publishers transacting hundreds of millions of dollars in podcast advertising. Magellan AI has created the world's largest database of podcast advertising data - covering activity by over 50,000 shows in the US, Canada, Australia, Germany, and the UK. Media buyers at advertisers and agencies rely on Magellan AI to find, vet and connect with podcasts. Publishers rely on Magellan AI for the most in-depth ad intelligence available in podcasting. Both rely on Magellan AI for campaign measurement.We're looking for an operations intern to join our team, supporting the customer success team in delivering quality and accurate data to our clients. This is a part-time role, with about 15-20 hours per week expected (for summer positions, increased hours may be available). We're a fully remote but very close and collaborative team.What you'll do:Perform regular quality checks on dataReview and clean up output from our machine learning platform for clientsSupport the operations/customer success teams with client needsWhat you can expect from us:Direct exposure to senior team members and co-founders as an integral part of our small and growing teamFlexible schedule.
