Conversion & Specialty Products Administrator
Canada Life is a company dedicated to improving the financial, physical, and mental well-being of Canadians. They are seeking a Conversion and Specialty Products Administrator who will be responsible for coordinating and administering Life/Long Term Disability (LTD) Conversion and international products while addressing case-specific issues and providing information regarding product design and administration procedures.
Responsibilities
- Processing of applications for international products
- Coordination of Life and LTD conversion
- Create and distribute plan documents
- Coordinate calculation of rates
- Communicate with Plan Administrators, Advisors, and Third-party vendors
- Monthly reconciliation and reporting
Skills
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- Well-developed customer service skills
- Experience working in Excel, Word, and Access
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Reliability Status Security Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment
- Experience using PAS/EAS is an asset
