[Remote] Project Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Streetlight Digital is a women-owned, fully-remote, boutique marketing and fundraising agency focused primarily on the nonprofit sector. They are seeking an experienced project coordinator who will support project completion across multiple client teams and ensure project goals are met within the agreed-upon timeline and budget.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, management, and execution of comprehensive project plans, helping to ensure project goals are met within the agreed-upon timeline and budget
• Track project goals and milestones that align with client and internal team objectives
• Support day-to-day project delivery, including resource allocation, tasks, and client communications
• Collaborate with the team to develop agendas and manage deliverables, communicating project updates on a consistent basis
• Identify and communicate blockers that would hinder project completion
• Oversee internal and client-facing documents, spreadsheets, folders, and overall organization of related files
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
• Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities of multiple projects, monitor progress, and adjust as needed

Skills

• 1+ years experience in a digital marketing agency in project management
• Experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, responsive with closed-loop communication
• Ability to build relationships of trust and confidence with colleagues
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent analytical skills and highly organized with attention to detail
• Passion for nonprofits, storytelling, and doing good!
• Project Management certification (CAPM / PMP / PRINCE II / Google Project Management)
• Experience with digital marketing, online advertising, email marketing, website development projects and the associated service
• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, Asana, and/or Excel
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations and knowledge of industry platforms
• IT & Software project management experience
