We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex Seafood Division team in Philadelphia, PA. As a customer-focused professional, you'll be responsible for processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities:

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering phone calls from customers and sales representatives, processing their orders, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Processing orders via voice message and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Entering data into our systems with precision and speed, maintaining accurate records and reports
• Invoicing and performing other clerical assignments as required
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order processing and efficient communication
• Maintaining a high level of productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards, policies, and procedures
